Customer responsibilities
Customers must maintain authorized access, review automated outputs where appropriate, avoid submitting prohibited content, and ensure that connected systems and data sources are permitted for use.
AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may require review. RempTek AI may provide guardrails, escalation, and monitoring, but customers remain responsible for business decisions made from outputs.
Integrations
Customers authorize RempTek AI to connect with approved third-party systems for read, write, sync, and workflow automation purposes. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
Availability and changes
Services may change as the platform improves. RempTek AI may update features, workflows, integrations, and policies to improve security, performance, compliance, or reliability.
Intellectual property
RempTek AI retains ownership of its platform, software, designs, methods, and reusable implementation assets. Customers retain ownership of their business data and submitted content.
